Community & social access
Taking part in community and social settings — a local club, a busy public place, a new activity — at a pace that suits you.
One-to-one NDIS support Sunshine Coast
One-to-one support and mentoring across the Sunshine Coast — community participation, everyday skills, routines and independence.
Support is planned around the goals in your plan and takes place where the skill is used:
Support
Taking part in community and social settings — a local club, a busy public place, a new activity — at a pace that suits you.
Planning a week, cooking a simple meal, shopping to a budget, keeping appointments — practised in the places they’re used.
One-to-one mentoring tied to the goals in your plan: practical targets, broken into steps, reviewed together.
Support through change: building a resume, job applications, interview preparation, learning a bus route.
At a pace that suits you.
About Scott
I’m a Queensland Registered Teacher with a Master of Teaching, and I’ve worked with neurodivergent young people throughout my career. In practice that means breaking tasks into steps, working on routines, and going at your pace.
This is practical, everyday support — not tutoring, therapy or clinical treatment. Communication with families, carers and support teams is plain and regular, where that’s agreed with you.

Tell me about yourself or the person you’re supporting, the goals you’d like to work on and how the plan is managed. I’ll get back to you to arrange a conversation about whether the service is a fit.
